We arrived at the airport in Santiago late and needed a place to sleep. Ruta Jacobea fit the bill. Pleasant staff. Good coffee at breakfast!
We would like to have been able to buy water at the hotel to take with us. Maybe a slot machine would solve this problem.

The restaurant at this place has a nice bar, and we both enjoyed delicious dishes.

There was never any compromise on quality in the satisfaction of their service delivery (food, drinks, cleanliness) to their guests whether there were many or few.
The staff were just great, the rooms huge and the food uncompromising!

We needed to stay close to the airport and it served our purposes well for that reason

We recently stayed at a hotel near the airport and had a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even picked us up from the airport in the early hours of the morning due to a delayed flight. The rooms were spacious and clean, the showers were great, and the breakfast consisted of delicious local food. Additionally, the hotel provided a shuttle service for easy transportation. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and tasty breakfast.

We booked this as our last night in Galicia as it was close to the airport (but not too close, as there is no noise), but we both though it would be an ideal base to explore Santiago de Compostela for those not wanting to stay in the old town. Even though we arrived in the late afternoon, we were able to catch the bus to town (very close) that evening (for 1.40 euro vs. 12 euro for taxi) to have a last walk around town. As its on the airport bus route, there is continuous service from early until late, going to the bus station and near the train statiion to connect to all Galicia. Modern, spacious rooms in old style building.

Staying in a twin room with a bath tub was great. Having a personal safe, air conditioning, and a work desk added a nice touch to the room 💼.

Satisfactory breakfast with fresh orange juice made at the moment and helpful staff.

Conveniently located just a 4-minute drive from the airport, although the restaurant was not operational during my visit. Rewritten: This place is only a 4-minute drive from the airport, and the restaurant was closed when I was there.

Staff were very friendly and did their best to make us welcome. The room was spacious and clean.
Ridiculously understaffed - one person on Reception also trying to handle bar and meal orders so long delays. Food was overpriced though nice enough. Being asked to go outside in the rain to enter restaurant by far door as there was a conference group in the dining room was beyond a joke. Restaurant has pretensions way above its abilities. To be fair, nice middling hotel on a very bad day!

It was in the Camino and a luxury indulgence close to the end of our pilgrimage.
